If you started the plan from your client’s account, publishing the plan is a single click.
Click 'Publish Plan' and the plan will go straight to your client’s ‘Upcoming (Published)’ tab.
When you publish the plan, it will go to the bottom of the plans list.
Click 'Publish plan'.
The plan will go to the bottom of the list under ‘Ready Plans’.
