If your payment fails or you cancel your account, all client apps will deactivate.

For this reason, please keep your payment information up to date (you can update your information in a secure portal via the Subscription Management button.)

If your client opens a deactivate app, they will see a message saying that the app isn’t operational anymore.

The message contains their client link which they can paste into any browser to access their plans through the QuickCoach web portal.

App deactivation and reactivation does not affect your client data in any way.
