We call it a Task Library and not simply an exercise library because you can store more than just exercises here.
A task could be an exercise, but it could also be food, habit, or anything else.
Videos and written notes save to tasks (audio notes don’t).
For that reason, you won’t see an option to add audio notes to tasks via the task library. This is done in the plan builder.
<aside> ✨ PRO TIP You are allowed to use any video public on YouTube.
You do not need to worry about violating intellectual property or copyright infringement when you link a video from YouTube to a task in QuickCoach.
In the Official QuickCoach Facebook Group, we have a list of great YouTube channels to get video tutorials from as one of the pinned posts.
It doesn’t matter if they’re your videos or somebody else’s. Your clients don’t care.
