Clients don’t have to log in anywhere. They don’t have a username or password.
QuickCoach was designed to be slick and easy for them.
When you set your client up in the system, they’ll get a custom link. This link acts similarly to a Google Drive link.
Once a client clicks it, they’ll be taken into their account. That’s it!
As you make changes, their account updates in real-time.
<aside> ✨ IMPORTANT NOTES • Clients are not notified when you make changes or add new plans. • At any time, you can simply copy your client’s link and view it yourself to see what they see (or fill it out yourself if you’re training them in person.) •A client account updates in real-time as you make changes. Changes you make adjust in real-time on the client’s end. It’s pretty cool 😄

At the top of the client page, you’ll see their link and a button to send them an email with their link.
Click this when you’re ready for them to see their account (likely after you’ve added a plan or two.)
When you click that button, QuickCoach will send them an email pre-populated with both of your names and their link.
The email cannot be edited in any way. Here is what it says.

No problem. Simply copy the link yourself and send it to them manually.
This is a link like any other. You can send it in a text message or your own email written however you like.
